Current project description - Contrast Akustik GmbH

Once again Contrast Akustik GmbH is requested to install noise protection in a fitness and sports club area.

The Oase Ltd. Health & Sports Club in Bochum is the first German partner in fitness which is proved and acknowledged to keep golfers fit and healthy and get a better handicap through the season. For this reason two adjoining golf simulation driving ranges became installed in the premises of Oase Ltd. Because of the tee-off noise and the sound of the ball impinge the screen milliseconds later you’ll have two peaks which go to the neighbour driving range unresisted. These disturb the speech intelligibility from trainer to student as well as the concentration during the exercise.

Along with the owner of the system we install a noise insulating and absorbing wall system which reduces the direct noise between the two driving ranges as well as the reflections over possible bypasses. With it we create a convenient atmosphere at the tee-off place as well as the lounge which is in front.
